One Columbus 3rd Annual Recognition Dinner
will be held at the Columbus Iron Works Convention and
Trade
Center
at 7:00 PM this evening.
Former
City
manager and now Director of the
Cunningham
Center
at CSU will receive the Community Service Award. Keynote
speaker for the event is Dr. Ruby Payne, nationally known
educator, author and lecturer on diversity and poverty.
This
year One Columbus will also give the Richard R. Miles
Award for Youth to Philandria Williams, a senior at
Hardaway
High School
.
Tickets

Barnes will be the presenter at the breakfast.
Barnes' topic will be "Finding Common Denominators
