first daytime Dialogue Group on Friday, February
23, from noon to 1:30 at the
Fourth
Street Baptist
Church.
The topic
will be "Hidden Rules," the topic of Dr. Ruby K. Payne's
talk at the One Columbus Recognition Dinner. Recommended
reading is an article by Dr. Payne entitled "Understanding
and Working with Students and Adults from Poverty." Look at

February 26, E Pluribus Unum series starts
The kick off
event for the 2007 E Pluribus Unum series will
be held at the Public Library on
Macon Road
at 7:00 p.m., Monday, February 26. The panel will include
attorneys Trip Tomlinson and Stephen Dillard, moderated by
Daron Hicks addressing the topic "The role of the Federal
Judiciary under the
U. S.
Constitution."
