Our
third of the series "My Challenges with
Race" will present Elaine
Gillispie,
field representative for Congressman Sanford
Bishop, who was born in Columbus Georgia, grew
up in Phenix City and is an Army veteran.
Elaine worked for the Columbus city government,
but has also had a wide variety of experiences
in private industry where she faced numerous
challenges that "tested her
faith." In her current job, she covers
Chattahoochee, Crawford, Marion, Muscogee,
Peach, Taylor, and Talbot counties.
The
Race
Relations Breakfasts are held at Ruth Ann's on
Veterans Parkway. Breakfast begins at 7:30am and
you are encouraged to
bring a friend with you.
