Biographies

Claudya Muller.
 

Claudya Muller grew up as an Army brat living most of her childhood overseas. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree from Georgia Southern and a Masters of Library Science from Emory University. She has been in Columbus since 2001. She has served as a library director in West Virginia, Maryland, Ohio, Michigan and Long Island, New York. She served for 3 years as the State Librarian of Iowa. She currently serves on two national professional committees. She is active within the American Library Association and the Urban Libraries Council as well as the Public Library Association. She is a member of the Downtown Rotary Club and serves on the board of One Columbus and the Muscogee County Library Foundation.
